Outside of the house decorations for day-of

This seems like a silly question but I was looking into picking up some decorations for the outside of the house like tulle and bows, etc. Where on earth did you ladies go for these things? I'm looking at bows online and they're all like $10 per bow! Yeah no thanks lol Where did you married ladies pick these things up if you used them?? Thanks!!

I got about 30 feet of tulle from ebay. I am not sure if I'm going to use it but I will be selling it after the wedding.

my florist decorated my house with tulle and flowers. ask him for a price quote.

Just a warning girls. When my older son got married her mom decorated the outside of her house beautifully. I probably would have done the same if I was the MOB and did decorate my house a little too. My warning is that as soon as my DIL, the bridesmaids and her family left some thieves went in and burglarized the house. They took quite a bit of jewelry, money and an appliance (sorry I don't remember what). It seems some NOT very nice people like to go around to see which houses are decorated for weddings etc because they know no one will be home for the whole day and therefore, can take their time and steal everything from you.

So even though I know we all love to decorate please think carefully about doing it.

That's awful Sorry that had to happen.

It was quite a shock when they returned home to find the house a mess. These creeps even ate some of the food her mom had for everyone prior to leaving for church.
I just don't want that to happen to any of you.

Just want you girls to be happy and safe. By the way I think you are from Brooklyn so you may know the neighborhood and know it is a good place....her mom lives on 71st Street right off of 14th Avenue....very nice block.
