Weird question but i have all but $169.00 paid for at my venue. I now realize that i have to add about 15 people. Do i get a new bill for that or do they add that to the original bill total and then tack on 20% tax & gratuity.
I'm giving my final count in a few days. My question is i guaranteed the 75 and have that about paid..if they add another 15 onto the original bill and tack on the 20% the bill will be much much higher that a new bill. Dont know if that makes sense.
No, it is the same. If you figure out the 75 people +20% + tax and then add the 15 people +20% +tax it is the same as if you figured out 90 people +20% + tax. I'm sure your RH will explain the bill to you once you give them your final head count.
