now my necklaces are 'too much' for the bridesmaid's dresses... the black satin or organza necklace is too much black with the black dress and jacket theyre wearing..

nothing is good enough for this woman unless it is what SHE likes!! i am getting really fed up.... and she says i am a b*tch because i tell her thats what i want and shes not changing my mind.

honestly--i would just stop showing your mom things for awhile---cause it looks like she is just automatically going to say something negative. its YOUR wedding---i know you would love her approval and for her to say 'omg that looks GREAT!' but it doesn't sound like that's gonna happen. i too had the same issues with my mom and after awhile i didn't ask her opinion on things i just said 'oh this is what i'm doing' and never allowed her to give one!

Maybe sit down and talk to her to see why she is being so negative...alot of times people act like this as an outlet to their own unhappiness. Tell her how you feel when she says these things and if theres something she wants to talk about, you're there to listen.
