Overstock

I ordered two necklaces from overstock as gifts for my readers...

Yes, fine, they were on sale for $20 (originally $40), but they were so cheap that I would have thought someone got them from one of those supermarket toy machines...

Then to top it off, the site, under my account says 'non-returnable' even though there is NOTHING anywhere in the item page that says they can't be returned

I'm so mad!! The last few things I ordered from them were perfect!

on the page that the item is listed what does it say under the return tab?
maybe you can exchange it for something else.
