OWG???

I've left two messages and emailed Diana - no answer. What's up? Does anyone know if she's out? Can I contact someone else? Thanks girlies.

I had the same problem when I was trying to book OWG for my wedding day. Diane is very, VERY busy. I usually just leave her messages and she checks them in the mid afternoon. If you catch her really early in the morning, around 9-10am, she's usually at her desk.
She's a very sweet person, but just doesn't have enough time on her hands. If it is something really urgent, you can always dial 0 when the recording of the main line comes on and ask to speak to someone since you can't get in touch with diane.

I have gone through this too when I was booking our E-pics. You have to keep leaving messages or hit 0 and leave messages through them. She does have an assistant who is there on Tuesday's. I want to say her name is Jessica but I am not 100% sure.
Diana is really busy, so busy that she even called me back on a Sunday night. Definitely don't give up. Good Luck!

This is what I was told-your best bet is to print off the contract and send in the deposit with the information filled out....she will then either send you a letter congratulating you and thanking you for booking -or- send you your check back telling you she is sorry but the time phrame is booked

Funny but also kinda crazy. I'd rather not commit to pay for something I haven't even seen yet. I really want to make an app to see the place first and then decide if i want to take pics there. Guess I'll try calling tomo. Thanks ladies!

You dont have to make an appointment, just go, and when you get to the gate tell them that you are interested in booking for your wedding pictures, they will give you the paperwork and you can walk around and see the whole place. Then, when you leave you can leave the contract with payment. This is what I wound up doing so we didnt lose the day.
