i have a splitting headache! it hurts to keep my eyes open, and it hurts to close them..

i dont know what to do. :(

Migraines are the worst! Can you go lie down in a dark room with a cold compress on your head for a little while? Sometimes, that works for me.

i get bad headaches and the only thing that works for me is that Excedrin Tension Headache - if you can get anyone to go get it for you - prophyllactically i would go buy one of those CDs from the massage place that has the waves and the sounds at the beach - i typically (with sinus headaches etc) - make the room dark and cold and play that cd low on repeat until i fall asleep feel better
