Owwww!!!

Owwww!!!

So during the hurricane I made a zillion petals for my DIY flowers that I am going to use for something wedding related. I decided I would go and hot glue them all together since I couldn't while the power was out....

So I finish up and I am cleaning the mess and I leaned the side of my hand into the tip of the hot glue gun!!!!!! AGHHHH ow ow ow! I have like 3 blisters already and I only just did it about 3 mins ago!

Please share your stories of DIY disasters for me to read while I sit and mope over my blistery pinkie finger lol.

ooo feel better!

so far i havent started the DIY 'hot' tasks, waiting til the winter when i will need to warm up lol

but i have glued a few stones to the while working on my shoes lol

No DIY disasters for me. Arts & crafts was never my thing so I'm leaving it up to the experts.

I have yet to hurt myself, but I did get glue all over my couch while putting together a photo collage. Thank god for couch covers.

lol Thanks girls. I am usually not so clumsy!! And Natalie, I am next with getting cut on wire, since I plan to do that project too..... I am bracing myself now hahaha
