OWWW I burned my neck REALLY bad with the curling iron! Any pain helping ideas!? :(

Oh no that isn't good!!! I don't really get burns so I don't really know what to do for them....sorry!

ICE!!! take advil also, it stops secondary burn responses (works for sunburn also)

Sorry! If you are concerned about it leaving a scare you should apply some Scar Zone cream on it, it's effective (you can purchase it from any local pharmacy/drug store like Rite Aide or Duane Reade)

awsome thanks. We are going to FH's company xmas party in less then an hr so i said i wanted to stop n get some burn ointment on the way

Burns are the worst - they're hard to alleviate the pain of. The other girls gave good advice, though, and remember: DON'T PICK AT THE SCAB. That's how it scars. Feel better soon!

Ahh I've done that before too..once I did it right before my dance pics and it was right on my forehead!!

I hope you feel better soon....keep it moisturized with aloe and don't pick at it thats what will make it scar...

i dunno about now, but my fh said that when you first burn yourself put a paste on it made from baking soda and water - it's supposed to pull all the heat out of it. after that lots of aloe and vitamin e. the vitamin e reduces the scarring - it works wonders! rub the oil on whenever you think of it - esp. after a shower.

i have some burn ointment and neosporin, ill get some vit e in the am, im just SOOO scared its gonna scar n ill see it in all the wedding pics :( :( :(
