I know the feeling.
You what I found helps with bloat and some of the pain, those Diurex Pills... they are sold in the 'Weight Loss' section in like CVS or Duane Reade but really they are not for weight loss... those mixed with some pain meds usually help me.

I agree the Diurex are water pills so they help with the bloating which in turn will help with some of the pain.
