anyone ever do this?? Ive done slim in 6 and insanity....i get bored very easily but cant go to the gym for work related reasons.......do I need weights for this workout plan? Ive heard it works, will i get bored?

You need weight equipment for this program...thats one of the main differences between this and the insanity program.

weights or bands.
i've seen people have great results with it but like she said, they're longer workouts and you gotta stick with it. its not an occasional workout type thing.
