Anyone have the P90x DVD? My gym membership expires and I dont time I am going to renew ...

sorry I don't have it. FH used to have it but he gave it to a friend for a while but it seems it was forever 'cause he never got it back...but let me just tell u that P90x is BRUTAL!!! as well as effective..I must say!

I have it...its way intense so i suggest starting off doing 3 days a week and working yourself into the 6 days a week. I started doing 6 days a week and by week 2 i was through!

I planned on restarting before summer and now summer is over lol...i need to get back to it!

i have it and i have no motivation i seriously watch peoples transformations on you tube get my self amp up. every night before bed i say i am going to do it then morning comes and i say tomorrow it TERRIBLE

Agreed! It's REALLY intense. I don't know how they expect someone to do it EVERY day for 3 months.

But it's something different!

I've made tons of copies for people at work, now they charge like $10 a DVD! And I don't have a burner at home. Otherwise I would've absolutely burnt you a copy!

i have it - i did it for about 2 months hardcore - 6 days a week - and i lost like 15 lbs and got toned and then i quit because its INSANITY.

i still use it fairly often - otherwise i'd give it to you. i would suggest looking on ebay for the following dvds and buying these cause theyre good -

cardio
plyometrics
ab ripper x
yoga

Yes I heard that too. Too bad I don't have the guts to attempt this workout
