Packing up our first apartment

This year FH and I lived together in our first apartment. We both loved it. Sadly though, its time to move. We'll be living at his parents house after the wedding until late September when we move to Georgia. SO, today marks the first packing day..... I've been boxing up all of our stuff for the past few hours. The apartment looks SO empty and bare, and we still have to live here for another week and a half! Its just so depressing. I'm so sad to leave this place --such a cute neighborhood and such an adorable apartment (even though we definately out-grew it).

That's the thing about changes-- they are bittersweet. It's a good thing but it's hard all at the same time.

You'll get through it though!!!

Dani, bittersweet is the perfect word! I couldnt quite place how I was feeling, but thats definately it. I'm happy to be starting a new chapter in our lives, but its so hard to leave this one behind (especially to go live with FILs for 3 months). But I know we'll be so happy when we move to GA

I totally know what you are going through. I loved our first apartment. I was finally comfy and then we bought a house and POOF! no more apartment. Moving suucked and it was just so much work. It still is... Having a house is SO MUCH work but it is worth it....

I know what you mean. Out apartment is very small and we're going to be moving upstate soon. I don't even want to think about packing. We had some many good times there.

but just think of all the new memories you'll have in GA!

Just keeping thinking that even though this chapter closed, you have another one waiting to open and be just as wonderful

Awww Jenn..... I know it's a tough time....moving is so stressful.
