Packing Wedding supplies

Ok so I am flying to NY next Thursday to do some wedding stuff!!

Meet with the DJ
Pick out menu
Finalize Flowers/Limos
Shop for BM shoes
Get our Marriage License
Pick up BM dresses

Yes I know a busy weekend. However, I have to bring a bunch of DIY projects that I completed when here. I was going to ship them but its going to get expensive, where I would rather fly with it.

So any packing suggestions?

Right now I have a huge suite case and I put cardboard on the top and bottom, then I wrapped everything in plastic bags and bubble wrap...I'm still nervous however because my seating chart picture frame is in there..any suggestions??

can you check all your clothes and fill your carry on bags with your DIYs? just make sure there's nothing 'airplane illegal' in them

I didn't think of that. There is a decent amount of stuff and I don't know what I would carry them on in.

I didn't think of that. There is a decent amount of stuff and I don't know what I would carry them on in.

the larger items that are more difficult to wrap and secure (or any items you are especially worried about) should be taken on as a carry-on. Anything small (but breakable) can be wrapped exactly as you described it, but I would also wedge it between clothes to help cushion it more.
