Paging all Merrick residents Updated w/ Roasty's review

My Dad LOVES roast beef and I was in Merrick on Sunday on Merrick Rd. when I saw a Hot Roast Beef place by The Pastrami King. I want to take him, anyone know the name or ph#. Thanks!!!

I work in Merrick - Yes - it's Roasty's and it's delicious... Anyone ever eat in Roll n' Roaster in Sheepshead Bay - I've heard its the same owners. Their phone number is (516) 546-6500. You can call ahead for a take out order.

Well, I went with my Dad 2 weeks ago and I must say I wasn't too impressed The Roast Beef was good but it needed MAJOR seasoning or salt or flavor for that matter. It was very plain. The Roast Pork Sandwich is Chinese sliced Pork w/ Duck sauce. Not very good, IMO. I did like the fries, they were nice and dry, not greesy at all. Just an FYI for those interested.
