Ok... piece of cake. 5.30-6.00 Ceremony- that's all it takes. 6.00-7.00 Cocktail hour 7.00- on Reception
I would take pictures 2 hours prior depending on where you live in relation to the Milleridge.

Re: Paging Milleridge brides! Schedule helpl
are we going to be able to take pictures in the Milleridge before ceremony? I am afraid Nadine will not let us come in much earlier than 5.

Well you can always take some pictures on the grounds and in the village.. also- as you get closer to the day, you can ask the Milleridge Inn if they have any rooms available for you to take pictures in.. sometimes they'll allow that.
I'm not taking pictures at my hall before the ceremony/reception- I'm taking them at home..

WhatNow?
I also am working with Nadine and she told us that we couldn't get there earl;ier then 6:30 (cockatil hour starts at 7). If there isn't another function before our wedding she said we mau be able to get there at 6. I am getting married in a church in Queens at 3pm so between 4-6 I am taking pictures (still trying to find a place).

Re: Paging Milleridge brides! Schedule helpl
I'm not having my ceremony at the Milleridge so my situation is a bit different but my ceremony is at 3pm in the city and cocktail hour starts at 7. Leslie told us we couldn’t get into the Cottage until 6:30 so we are going to take pictures in the city and then on the grounds of the Milleridge. You should have a backup plan should it rain since you won't be able to take pictures outdoors. If it rains we are going to take pictures in the city at the hotel I am staying at. You can get a room at one of the hotels nearby to the Milleridge as your back or take photos at your house if close by.

WhatNow, can you take pictures at another site?
I have a feeling they don't want you in b/c of a potential bride booking the place during the daytime (I remember you mentioned they have nothing scheduled yet).
Perhaps you can ask to wait until a month before the wedding and see if by that deadline if they don't have the place booked they can let you take the pictures there?

If they don't book- they will def let you come early... but see if maybe they'll let you use one of the rooms @ the restaurant?

Re: Paging Milleridge brides! Schedule helpl
We had a two pm ceremony in Queens and a 6pm cocktail hour at Milleridge. They told us we couldn't go up to the Cottage until 5:30 because there was another wedding BUT we could take pictures anywhere else on the grounds. Just not at the cottage. So if you want to get there before the ceremony... we took great pictures in the village and in front of the restaurant before the cocktail. Let me know if you need any other help!
