Just read about your photographer. I know he is based in NYC, but does will he come out to the island? Also, would you know how much it runs for the second photographer. Im trying to keep my photography costs under 3K, but that seems to be impossible...

yeah, i was going back and forth with that as well and in the end decided to just go with one. i will also be taking care of albums myself and the quote did not include them. tom seems open to different ideas and he and i may work on a digital 'coffee table style' book as well, TBD...
i really like his work as well, he seems to capture and evoke emotions i would attempt to render myself. good luck, let me know how it goes!

Are you going to create the layout of the digital book yourself? Do you have somewhere to get it printed or is your photographer helping with that? I really like this type of book...but I didn't learn about it until I came to this site...so I was thinking of doing it myself...after the fact. Any help would be great...thanks.
