and about the whole being under our minimum situation...JT totally hooked us up. we got a fresh mozzarella station for cocktail hour, espresso bar, red and white wine bottle on every table, and chocolate fountain!!! I am VERY happy...and I'm even happier that Jericho Terrace took care of us...I would have been disappointed if they didn't because i love them so much and my expectations of them are so high because of what i've experienced with them so far.
Jose is my Maitre d and he is on point!
ETA: I also have to give a big thank you to Anthony, our BM...who is the one who went to bat for us as asked what they could do for us because i was below our minimum
