Our house is half vinyl siding and half brick... I think the siding is el-cheapo because the paint from the siding keeps washing onto the brick and there are white stains all over the brick from it... we tried powerwashing, muriatic acid, paint thinner, and nothing is working! Any ideas?
Vinyl siding should not really be painted. Check to see if the white is coming from the siding or actually from behind the siding.
Hmmm... how do I check? I powerwashed the vinyl and white stuff kept draining off... even if it is coming off the back, do you know how to get the stains off the brick?
i'll ask a mason that i know to see if he has any ideas.
