They look great, how did you do it? Did you have to sand them?

I really just wanted to do them all cream. Did you use a brush and what paint did you use? I just don't want the paint to look sloppy and drippy.

thanks!
we were really pleased with the results......and it brightens the room up SO much!!!

we took all of the doors off, sanded them down a bit, primed them and then painted with a brush and regular paint. i think we used a glossy paint so it would be easier to clean, since they're in the kitchen and likely to get splattered.
the toughest part was getting the inner part green without getting it on the cream part, so if you're just doing one color, you should be able to do it really easily!!! and i'll be jealous!

i tried to keep the brush strokes all going in one direction to make it look neater. when you look at them closely you can see the brush strokes, but i think it adds to their charm....and that way i can brag that i handpainted them all myself!

Palebride..they look great!! I want to paint my cabinets cream also! I know that the doors are all wood but I am worried about the rest of the cabinets (they might be pressed wood), do they have to be all wood to paint them? Thanks

i don't believe our's were real wood.
we were worried at first that the paint wouldnt' stick to them, but we've had NO problems at all!
