Just wondering if anyone got married in a catholic church on palm sunday weekend? I'll be getting married that weekend next year. Had a few questions.

I am not sorry i am no help...
but I am just surprised your church is letting you get married on Palm Sunday weekend. My church kind of frowns on weddings during the Lent season especially so close to Easter.
But good luck with planning!!!

We're getting married the sat before Palm sunday..At 2:30 we have to take down all the flowers though immediately after the church is over. Just wondering what other people did.

I am getting married on a Holy day but Not during Lent so it is a little bit different. To be honest see how your church is decorated -- they may already be set for Easter and then you won't have to bring in Flowers and that will save you some money.
Also, if you are not going to donate your flowers to the church you usually have to take them down right away regardless.

oh that is nice that they are letting you have flowers up atleast...when we were looking to get married during Lent before we decided on our date now they said NO decorations at all..
but check with the church they may have flowers up for easter already and then you wouldn't have to buy them- unless of course you want something different.
I am getting married 5 days before christmas and know the church will be decorated so I am saving myself $ by not caring what it is decorated like
