I assume it is all BRU's but I was in today to buy a case and they were $26.99 on sale (normally 29.99-31.99) I also had a 15% off coupon so they ended up being $22.94!

The cases are pretty standard...the size of the diaper determines how many are in the case. I got them last week at Stop&Shop for $19.99 PLUS I had 1) $3.00 and 1)$2.00 off coupon and my $5.00 off shopping coupon. I got 2 cases for under $30!!! THat is my best price EVER.
Coscto is $31.99 per case.

I buy Size 4's right now and there are 124 to a case.
The cases of Size 4's I just got are smaller cases, which may be why S&S has them for a lower price. The case of Size 4's now only has 104 diapers in it! They used to have 124! New packaging = less diapers

Why the new packaging?
Pampers does make different size cases for their vendors though. I found out last summer when I tried to return a case to BJ's for another size and they had the exact style but their packaging was +/- 10 diapers or so, all the SKU #'s were off. I then realized I did in fact prolly get that case from BRU.
I guess they will pretty much tailor their boxes to their vendors needs for just that reason, competition, pricing, etc.... it really just boils down to price per diaper and how you can your hands on those rare little pampers coupons!
