thank god for complex carbs.. i've been avoiding carbs like the plague.. and it's working but i loveeeeeeeeeee panera... mmmmm... drooling!!

Friday's are bagel days at work and the lady who bought them today, bought them from Panera!

I had the Asiago cheese roll....what a freakin' delicious treat! I really didn't do well today and just fully accepted the fact that it was a 'bad day' and might possibly be forced to eat some sort of sweet snack later, you know, just to end the night the right way LOL
