Panic attack

Panic attack

I am seriously starting to have panic attacks about the wedding, and nightly nightmares. Last night i dreamt we forgot to do the actual exchange of rings, and the officiants left and we couldn't get them back, so basically we weren't married.

I haven't been to the gym, and I am eating crap, and I still have 3 months of this.

We took February off from panning, and now I have a list of things to do and I know I can do them, I just want them done already.
It seems like every time I talk to family about wedding stuff, I end up frustrated, and ready for a fight

Awe, hang in there! In three months all of this will be soooo worth it!!!

I can see how you're feeling completely..... Once you start the planning again, I'm sure you'll get on a roll and everything will begin to fall in place.

Re: Panic attack

I'm with you! I'm not getting married until August, but I had a panic attack on Friday. I called my FH at work and started hyperventilating and saying 'We have to talk rith now!' I was freaking out over nothing, really, and once I came too I realized how irrational I was. Way back when we first got engaged, we made a deal that if I had any bridezilla moments, I'd agree to be his slave for the weekend. I have to pay up next weekend . Hang in there. If you start to feel panicky, try to take deep breaths to calm down, and reassure yourself that everything will be okay.

Re: Panic attack

Hey, I am not getting married until June 04. I already have had a few melt downs. A lot of them are due to my future MIL & SIL. So just try to enjoy the day. You will have a great time.

Dubliner, it comes with the territory. Mine were so bad I went to the Dr.

Dont let it get to you. Take nice warm baths and try to relax.

Re: Panic attack - Feeling better

I went to the gym last night - 1 hour of kickboxing, sweating and grunting, you get the picture, and I feel much better.

edited to say - Wacky, I did consider going to the doc, but I kind of knew i needed to get to the gym
