Panyhose with closed toe shoes?

Panyhose with closed toe shoes?

I'm getting married in July, and have closed toe shoes. They slip on and do not have a back strap. How do you girls think they will look without panyhose? Do you think that if I do wear panyhose (or thigh highs) my feet will slip out of the shoes? I feel like I can't make even ONE more decision!

I know what you mean!! I am getting married in less than 2 weeks and still haven't decided on how to wear my veil! I just wish someone would TELL me how to do it sometimes.

As for the pantyhose question, I'd say do what feels comfortable. Do your feet slip out of the shoes w/o pantyhose? If so, then you should probably wear them. If not, then go without! I am actually wearing closed toe shoes as well but WITH pantyhose because my feet stick inside otherwise and I want to be able to dance comfortably!

I don't think you need them...you may want to practice both ways...one night put on pantyhose and your shoes and walk around the house...see how it works

I'm also getting married in July and considering the thickness and, well, sweatiness of my dress( ), I'm gonna go nude. No need to add another layer underneath. I think with those shoes you should be fine with nothing.

My mom is horrified I am thinking of going sans stockings but I am getting married in July and I sweat a lot.

I would be worried about blisters though so bring band aids and maybe comfy shoes just in case.

I like the ballet slipper idea just in case the heels become too tiring

that's a tough one. I think no panty hose is great if it's more comfortable for you. I can't wear closed toe shoes without one. Also consider wearing them if you are doing a garter toss. It might look prettier with white or nude pantyhose on.

I say no pantyhose if you don't want them, JMO.

They actually have open toe panty hose. It's like a thong and goes between your big toe and your tootsies show but the rest of your legs are covered. They have them in Lord & Taylors.

I'm wearing thigh high, closed toed pantyhose and I'm getting married this August!! but I don't want my feet to sweat, you know? do what you feel most comfortable in..=) also like jenny said, remember to take into consideration the garter toss if you decide to do it..

another thing, those thong pantyhose are HERENDOUS (sp?) please do not get those.. they are aoo tacky looking.. My gf wore them to a wedding and was soo embarrassed at how her feet looked.. you could totally tell that she had them on..

I wouldn't wear them. I think you will stay cooler without pantyhoses on. It's a personal chose. I don't think it effects your appearance in any way.
