I would look at AC Moore or even Michael's - but I think AC Moore might be cheaper! Good luck!

for the petal cones i used scrap book paper... i got it on sale 12x12 then cut them down to 6x6 so each page was worth 4 petal cones... that was the best deal i was able to find for those... then i would say for the other things to check out staples...
