paper cutter?

where can i buy an inexpensive paper cutter adequate for DIY invites. I heard kinkos has it for free use but I would prefer to have one at home so i can do it all on my schedule.

hmm maybe i'll just buy one on ebay coz if i'm soending $70-$80 on a paper cutter I'm slightly defeating my purpose of DIYing. hmmm I'll hafta see if FMIL might have one at the dance school...she makes props.

Ac Moore has a good one. I got the small one which was $12 i belive with the 40% off coupon. I think the bigger one is $40 which would be $26 with the coupon. AC Moore Coupon . The link is down right now but will prob be back up in the morning.
