Paper Punch Question!

Okay, so, I have business cards that are going to be used as tags on my favors...

Ive seen people use some kind of paper punch where it makes the sqared side look like a tag....

Does anyone know what Im talking about? Or where I can find it? Ive been searching and nada :(

If it is what I am getting from the picture you drew, they have scissors that will cut paper in patterns, which you could do this with.

I have scissors but they take so much time. And then a while ago I saw that someoneon the web had used some 'punch' (or magical punch if we cant find it and it doesnt exist) and it was 'So easy' which transformed the sad little business card into a tag....

And ive gone everywhere and have NO IDEA what it looks like or what im looking for hahaaa
