Paradise Bridal?

Paradise Bridal?

Im a 2011 bride wondering if any past brides have done business with Paradise Bridal. I will be dress shopping there this weekend and have heard mixed reviews. Any advice would be helpful.

Loved them!! I worked with Patty and she was great. My alterations came out really well. The only thing I wish I would've asked about was the bustle. They didn't offer me any other bustle options (not that I didn't like it) and I didn't ask the price of the bustle and they charged us like $300 for it! Fortunately, the alterations were only $70 even though the cap was $250. HTH!

is it true that they dont allow you to see your dress until your first fitting which is a few weeks before the wedding?

Welll they called me in December to tell me it was in, but I never went to visit it and try it on. I probably should've but I live in Queens and they are allllll the way out in Patchogue. So I'm not really sure. I was never made aware of that policy though.

I haven't heard from them...my dress was ordered in December and I haven't gotten a call that it was in yet...

Got a gorgeous $7000 Lazaro gown from them, all handbeaded and hand embroidered. They've been absolutely amazing and all my alterations came out great. I come in for pick-up this coming week.

I ordered my BM, JBM, FG and MOB dresses there and have not had a problem. I know some people who have had horrible experiences there but not me.

I ordered my dress, my girls dresses and both the MOB and MOG dresses. I had no problems with them and thought they were wonderful

So far so good for me. I ordered my dress back in August but in February I thought I had wanted to change it. I called they were going to let me do it no problem but I decided to keep the original... So they OFFICIALLY ordered my dress in February and I got the call it was in back in May (maybe even April). I want to lose another 5lbs before I go see it. They encourage people not to see it too soon but they'll let you come look at it if you really push.

Got my dress from them and didn't have any issues. When it came in they did say that you couldn't see it until your first fitting but I know of quite a few people who put in requests and they let them come in earlier. Good luck!
