paradise bridal ?

If you ordered from paradise, how long did it take for your dress to come in? is it true that they don't order it until your wedding comes closer? I ordered mine in december, and i'm wondering if i won't hear from them until september... did anyone get theirs early?

Lillettes said August for me, if it makes u feel any better, and I see you're getting married a few days after me so I guess it's normal????

I ordered mine from them a few weeks ago. They told me it would come in august.

I ordered in May, mine came in a couple weeks ago.

I ordered my dress in January and I called last week to make sure it was ordered (I was panicking) and they told me that it comes in 8-6 weeks before the wedding. You can always call. They are very helpful.

I got mine super early at Paradise, but I didn't order early. I ordered in September for my May wedding. They told me I was cutting it close, I . My dress was in by Christmas!

I did my alterations there though the seamstress' name escapes me. She was a little Spanish lady. The alterations were excellent. I had 3 fittings and then picked up the dress a couple of days before the wedding. The only thing is if there's something you're unsure of or that you want changed speak up right away. At my second fitting, I noticed that she added buttons in the back for the bustle. It didn't look right because the buttons were on my butt and stuck out- they almost looked like one of those butt flaps in the old school footie pjs. I just assumed the seamstress would cover them but she didn't plan on it. At my final fitting I mentioned them to her and she cut lace from scraps from the dress and covered them beautifully. You just have to make sure you tell them exactly what you want.
