Paradise Bridal

Has anyone else been to Paradise Bridal?? I went there on Saturday and think I found my dress but there are not tags or labels on the dress. I have no idea who makes the dress. I was just wondering if anyone else noticed the same thing when they were there.

Yeah i noticed that lol. Who did you work with? I worked with marge, she was a sweetheart, she wrote down the names of all the dresses i liked for me!

I worked with Donna. She was a sweetheart also. She wrote down the dress too but just the style # not the name.

Re: Paradise Bridal

Oooh, did she write their stores style # or the brands? The bridal stores all use their own numbers to keep track, but if you have the stores #, I would call and ask them the designer name and number.

If you know the designer, try googling it with the number and see if anything comes up.

what does it look like?

I would be so livid if they didnt tell me who made the gown! Tell us the style number and we can hunt online. lol

Re: Paradise Bridal

No there was no style # it was like there stock #. Thats it. I guess they probably do it because they dont want you taking the info and going somewhere else. I'm going back on Saturday. I call today and told her that I wanted to know who makes the dress she said I would have to talk to Donna when I come back on Saturday. IMO Its a little shady. I'm spending alot of money I want to know who makes the dress. They even cut out the straps that hold the dress cause it had the name on there and sewed in ther own. (weird)

Thanks. It's not a good picture and I wish I had the dress laying right. It is so much more beautiful in person.

Paradise is one of the stores that won't tell you the designer and style number until after you buy (at least that's store policy... some of the saleswomen might bend the rules). I have a friend who bought her dress there and they STILL wouldn't tell her the dress info -- she had to complain on the LIW boards first. They didn't get her dress in until literally 11 days before the wedding, in the wrong size, and she had a nightmare scheduling alterations. It looked amazing in the end... but it was a major headache.

Honestly any store will tell you if you stick to your guns and just don't back down.

I don't know why everyone says that about Paradise. I went there and did not have a problem at all getting names of designers and all of the Palomas I tried on still had tags in them

Re: Paradise Bridal

I heard good and bad...I guess it depends on who you get? I would definitely demand for the designer you have a right to know that...it's not lke it's against the law....they make it so difficult and there's really no need. Ugh...good luck!
