Anyone ever get a gown and alterations at Paradise Bridals in Patchague?? I saw the most beautiful dress there!!!

I went to look there and saw something I loved but was very irritated by the people that worked there. Also, ten years ago when I was in my brothers wedding, the girl that took my money never recorded it and must of pocketed it. I had major problems picking up my dress because of that. The reason I bring that up is she is still there as of last winter when I went to look there.
I ended up getting my gown at Bridal Suite in Centereach. I got wonderful service and help and would highly recommend them. Debbie is wonderful to deal with.

I had great experience at Paradise. I got my dress there (they ordered it for me, they didn't carry it) and my alterations came out great.
Only problem I had was that they somehow lost my fitting appointment - it wasn't it the book when we got there. Annoying but they fit us in.
Donna was the bridal consultant and Rosalie did teh alterations. We went back and bunch of times to try on my dress with different accessories and show family, and Donna was always very accomodating.

I'm glad you had a good experience Lisa. I saw this dress in a magazine and Paradise is the only place that had a sample of the dress. The women seemed very nice!!

I also had a great experience with Paradise bridals, I didn't get my dress there but when I was looking, I didn't have an appointment and they really spent a lot of time with me and they were very helpful. Hope this helps a little, best of luck!

I'm sorry to say it but I had a horrible experience with Paradise Bridals. If you do a search under my name, you'll find the detailed post about it. Needless to say, I have filed a report with the BBB.
