my FSIL ordered ber dress from Paradise bridals. I know I have seen some mixed reviews about them but when we went there the lady we had was very nice and helpful and let her try on as many dresses as she wanted.

Seriously, we were there until the store was closing. One lady made a nasty comment about it, but I don't know who she was since she wasn't the one who helped me. Patty helped me and she was great. The BMs tried on dresses there, too! I like that they separate the dresses into two rooms based on pricing. One other thing I didn't like was they didn't offer us any discount on ordering BM dresses from them. So we waited and ordered elsewhere.

I haven't gone for fittings yet, but I'll keep you posted!

I'm actually going there for a fitting on Thursday. So I will let you know how it goes.

But my sister got her dress and BM dresses from there and they were phenomenal!!! If you're going to look for dresses, ask for Donna. She's the manager and the best! She's the nicest person ever!!

The other women can be a pain in the you know where. When I went to pick up my BM dress for my sister's wedding, there was beading missing and it was still kind of loose on me. I called my mom and my sister hysterical crying from the dressing room and my sister called up screaming at them. Donna saw that I was very upset and yelled at the other women, telling them that the dress should have been completely done.
So needless to say, I got my dress fixed in no time.

It all depends on who helps you there. But if you really want to get your dress from there, I highly recommend asking for Donna.

They should have given you a discount for ordering the BM dresses there. If you got your wedding dress there, they should give a 10% discount. That's what they did for my sister.

Hope this helps!

I even asked and they just didn't say anything! I was so shocked. I'm still better off where we got the BM dresses from, it's closer to home and we got $40 off each dress.

Good tip about asking for Donna though! Now I know who to ask for if anything goes wrong! Thanks!

It depends on who your attendant is I guess. I wen there one day after calling to tell them, and they said that I could just stop in to look. I went into the MOB dress room because I didn't know where to look for BM dresses. The lady in there gave me major attitude for being in the wrong room. Then I went down a few doors to the jewelry store PINA, and a MOB was in there and said that the attendant at Paradise told her that she had a fat neck, and that she needed to get another necklace for her dress. I also went to 2 other places where there are perfectly nice attendants and then there is that ONE anoying/loud/opinionated one also.

I went to so many stores and felt that all the attendants were snotty, or I was rushed. I went in January of '09 for my '11 wedding & Paradise was the only place that made me feel comfortable & that I could take my time. Needless to say i bought my dress from them. A few gf's of mine have gotten their bridal gowns from them also with no problems. I have heard of some complaints with BM's dresses, but again, the people I know that used them had no problems. They also used them for Tuxedoes & so will we
