parent albums

i am curious what you ladies plan on doing....
are you letting your parents pick out their own photos for their albums or are you picking them out???

we picked out the album for DH family bc we are not close with them and he doesnt care what they get (plus we see them once a year). We let my mom pick our her album and I planned on picking out my dad's since he lives out of state. Well he wanted to pick his own so i uploaded all the photos and sent it to him 2 weeks ago. Im still waiting for him to pick it out but in the meantime all other albums are complete...but i cant send the info to the photographer til i have them all

is it wrong of me to tell him i picked it out for him??? i told him i needed it by yesterday and that got me no where...so now i told him i needed it by thursday

i would just call him and lay it out straight for him. he's your dad after all.and this is something you're probably gifting to him. tell him that you are going to pick it out if he doesnt get you his choices by the end of the week (friday) that way he at least knows he won't be empty handed. and you have to tell him this has to take priority over the next few nights because it is delaying the printing of other albums. or you could tell himthat the photographer is making an exception because you should have ordered this weeks ago and you might be charged an additional fee for taking so long
