Parent gifts

I'm looking for parent gifts. Any ideas?

I'm still up in the air exactly of what I'm getting. I would like to get them both something simular, yet something practable. I was thinking of something like a nice lenox picture frame with a pic of me, FH and them in it...as one gift...my photograther said they can have the pic done by the end of dinner... And then getting them each a little something special. THey aren't paying too much towards the wedding ...so I don't want to go too crazy...but I want it to be from the heart. Lastly they will also be getting a copy of the DVD of the wedding, and their own wedding photo album... soo... that's all I know right now. LOL

I'm getting cheap little things that will last forever... nothing all expensive... but since they will be helping a bit... I think I want to surprise them. None the less, I love getting surprises for the ones I love.

I was thinking about getting jewler from tiffany's for both our mothers. Since both would never buy something there, they have nice necklesses/earings for reasonable price 1$100-200. I hope this helps!

FH and I found really nice engraveable crystal statues at things remembered:

but it was shaped as a point of light, kind of like a flame or an upside down teardrop.

we want to find a nice peom and have it engraved

We got them lenox double frames with the invite in them that they could put one or two pics from our wedding in. I also got the dads cute socks ('Father of the Bride/Groom) and my mom a statue of a bride and her mom. We did get the albums for them, so we didn;t spend a lot of $ on the gifts at the RD for that reason.
