Parent Gifts

If parents aren't paying for the wedding do you still get them gifts?

FH and I are paying for the wedding ourselves. My BM's paid for my bridal shower.

i dont think you have to get them something crazy. i would get them something for being there with you and supporting you. maybe? i don't know.. haha i'm no help

we are paying for the wedding but we are still giving the parents gifts because they did love and support us and that means alot to us so we just want to get them a little something

I am in the same bost as you so I was thinking a frame with our wedding picture. Maybe buying my moms DOJ...things like that. HTH

we are paying for the majority of the wedding ourselves but I am buying gifts for both sets of parents. Nothing too $$ just something sentimental to say thanks!
