Any ideas on what we can get our parents? Pretty sure they are all getting parent albums already from photog which they can assemble when the time comes.
I was thinking like an 8x10 photo of their choice and I am going to buy nice frames for it. Maybe something else? What are you ladies getting?

We ordered both sets of parents a parent's album from photographer, not sure if we are going to get them anything else.

we went a little beyond that for our parents. We purhcased show tickets and a dinner in NYC

we are doing engraved photo frames in which they can later put a print from the wedding of us with them.
eta: that's in addition to the albums.. i know it's heavy on photos haha but we have have something nice written on the frames and it's more of a display than the albums. plus the albums will take months to come

We are just getting FH mom a photo album and my parents the same thing they dont want anything. We may give my parents a little something extra only because they are helping with the little things

I think this is a cute idea. I will give them these the day of. I'm planning to give fmil, ffil, my mom, dad, my sister who is my maid of honor, and my fh. I'm going to give both parents albums but they won't get them for a while. I think I might get the jewelry I am getting my girls for our moms. I think my fh is going to get our dads the gift he gets his groomsmen. My parents are helping us pay so I feel they should get something extra.

We are getting handkerchiefs for our parents that are monogrammed. My dad's says: to remember the day you gave me away. My mom's has a poem on it. There are a bunch of sayings to choose from. I got them from: www.lil-inspirations.com. Very reasonable and something they will have forever.

Just paying for photo albums, they are getting DVD's of the wedding, and I bought the mom's MOG and MOG blingy tote bags from Etsy... we are paying for most of the wedding.

I'm getting my mother and FMIL the mother of the bride and mother of the groom hangers for their dresses. I know I want to get FMIL an embroidered hankie from FH and then each set of parents it getting a picture with frame. Not sure what to get for the dads yet.

etsy has such cute poems that they embrodier (sp?) on the handkerchief. I think I am going to do this in addition to the albums.

My FH found a company online that digitizes old slides, so he spent HOURS going through his parents' hundreds of slides and chose 200 to digitize. We are using them to create an album on Snapfish.
