I have no idea what to get my parents and FH's parents. My parents gave us a portion towards the reception (not a ton, but it was helpful) and FH's mom gave us a small amount towards our honeymoon. FH's father did not get us anything. (my parents are together, his are not). I want to get them something special and something that correlates to how much they gave us. I mean I want them to all be special, but I also want to thank those who did give the generous gifts if that makes sense. HELP! haha, TIA!

Parent gifts
We are buying them each an album and I will prolly do something small to go with it. Our parents are kinda equal though.

I don't know your situation but for us because one family had financial issues and couldn't contribute as much we were just happy they offered anything. We are giving both an album tailored to that family and the last page will be a hand written thank you note from us

Re: Parent gifts
We are giving our parents albums that I will make on shutterfly. I gave my mom the option of having it done from the photographer (with only 35 pages) and she wanted more pictures than that. So shutterfly it is! My sister did the same thing and it came out beautiful.

Try this site:

I love this site for unique gifts when you have to get a gift for someone that has everything!
My parents paid for our wedding so we gave my mom and stepdad a dinner cruise around Manhattan and my dad and stepmom a dinner cruise in the San Francisco Harbor (obviously they live in CA). Both REALLY loved it and it was something that they wouldn't normally buy on their own.
Also, for my stepdad's birthday, we got him flying lessons out of Republic Airport from this site and for my DH's BFF's 30th birthday, we got him a Brooklyn Brewery tour. For my BFF's 30th bday we did a chocolate tour in Manhattan (she loved it and it was a lot of fun spending the day together). Like I said before, it's a great site to get ideas for the person that has everything!

Parent gifts
We are getting photo albums & dvds for our Parents. I put together a survival kit for my Parents, bought a beautiful engraved frame from Things Remembered and I bought my Mother a bracelet that matches the necklace I am wearing on my wedding day and my Father cufflinks that say Daddy on them!
