Parents and response cards!

Parents and response cards!

What is the deal with parents not returning response cards? You would think that they would be the first ones to send back their response cards, yet between the three separate parent invites that got sent out, as well as our two sibling invites, and two grandmother invites none of them have sent them back yet!

We know they're coming, but still...you would think that the people who are stressing the most over us wasting any money because they know our financial situation wouldn't let our stupid $0.37 stamps go to waste.

Bah! Parents!

I guess I assumed that the 'definites'...parents, bridal party...wouldn't send them back but I guess you do need to know if anyone is bringing a date, didn't think about that. Most of mine are married so I am not too worried but it's true, getting mail is fun and you did spend the money on the stamp.

My mother is very big on the 'writing something nice on the response card' thing, which is why I can't understand why she hasn't sent it back yet.
