Re: parents at old westbury gardens?
We're doing Planting Fields before the ceremony... and no, parents are not coming - they're going to have their time to take pics at home and at the ceremony and reception... we wanted to leave something for US to enjoy for ourselves... we want our moment to be for us to remember... Granted we've had a hellish wedding planning with FILs and MOG/B being ostentatious - thinking it's 'all about them'... basically it's what you want to do...

I am kinda in the same boat, im taking pics at OWG, and not sure how its going to work to take pics with teh parents, since our cocktail hour is right after the ceremony at the RH>
I figured if the parents came, it would get alot of the pics out of the way before hand. but my parents are divorced, so im also wondering how that will work as well

keep in mind that you'll be there for a good hour.. maybe run it by them and see what they say? we will prob take minimal pics with the family there.. we want more of us...
my family is very close and FH is an only child so it was important for us to have them there...

We took our parent pics at the RH-OWG only allows a certain amount of cars and people to be with you. Otherwise you pay more...gotta consider...your limo, BP limo (if you are going seperately) then your photographer and video (if they are going with)-I think the max on cars for the price is 4 anything after that is more $$$

We are going to OWG but with just the adult bridal party... not the RBs or FG. Parents and other family are meeting us at the Bourne before the ceremony for family photos.

We took our pictures at OWG, and since time was so tight, we planned on having our parents with us. So they came along and the pictures came out great.
