So for months now i have been telling FH that we have to get gifts for our parents for Rehersal diner. He keeps telling me, why... i dont think we do.... well yesterday his sister said we have to so now its this wonderful idea and we have to do it ( and now have 3 days to do it) so what is everyone getting there parents as thank yous.

yea.. hands down I am giving parent gifts.. esp. because mine have helped us ALOT!
Thinking possibly something from Swarovski for my mom (statue) or a coach purse
For my dad maybe something like a money clip
Probably a gift certificate somewhere for them.
For FH's Dad I am unsure still!
Those are some ideas... but I am still thinking!!!
Oh also parent albums and DVD of wedding video... I feel like those are a given though.

We haven't decided 100% yet but I think I'm going to get the moms a necklace and the dads a wallet. We're also getting albums made for each of them.

we are giving all parents a wedding album and dvd
my future in-laws are getting nothing else because all they have done for us is given us grief and aggravation
My parents are divorced - so we are giving my mom money to use towards a vacation she wants to go on and we are still trying to figure out what to get my dad.

sorry i am not much help - we are not doing gifts for the parents. we are just giving them the albums from the wedding, which is still a given, but we upgraded to a much nicer version

we are just giving them frames from lenox at the rd plus albums. the parents havent paid a dime towards the wedding but we felt we should still give them something

We gave the following:
Moms (I took care of this): 'Mother of the Bride' & 'Mother of the Groom' Shirts Slippers that fold up and can fit in their purses A nice note that made them cry
Dads (DH took care of this): My dad - a golf pen set His dad - a fishing kit both engraved both also got a single cigar case with a cigar inside - engraved
Hit up Tri-County and Things Remembered, you'll find something REAL quick!
