We want to get our parents nice silver plated pictures frames and engrave them since we are not getting them photo albulms from the photographer.

What photo size is the best one?

3 X 5
4 X 6
5 X 7
8 X 10

Oh and if anyone knows any good websites I can check out let me know. Thanks!!!

It depends is it going to sit on a table or hang?

If its for a table i say 5x7, if for a wall i think you should go with an 8x10 or one of those frames that hold multiple pics (like a 5x7 and a few smaller pics).
