Parents Re-locating to FLA-- Co-op for SALE!!

Just wanted to post that My parents are moving to Florida, and they are selling their condo.... Its a 2 BR upstairs unit, private Balcony... Its located ~5 mins. from the LIE and about 20-25 minutes from the train... I'm not sure if its considered Coram or Selden, because it's right on the border... But that is in Suffolk County. There is a pool, tennis court, basketball court, and park for children, as well as acess to the clubhouse, and a picnic/ BBQ area.... It really is beautiful, and there are a ton of younger couples and families moving in. Please FM or Email me for more info!!

Thanks
~Lauren
