I think its kinda ridiculous that they are sending her back and forth as well. And now, why is the sentence up to 45?? Its not her fault that the sheriff sent her home.

i think it's ridiculous that she didnt get the 45 days sooner. the judge was being lenient with her original sentance believe it or not.
he specifically stated that she was to serve the full time, and that house arrest was NOT an option for her.

how many prisoners get to go home b/c they have a rash??
if they were so concerned about her mental and emotional stability they should have had her evaluated before sentencing not after she'd been there.

They just took her out screaming and crying back to prison!!!!

Good for her. I was pissed when I found out they let her out. Any one of us would have had to serve the sentence. She shouldnt be above the law. I personally think she should have been arrested for recording an album...now THAT was the REAL crime...
