Park Ave Studios

I'm a little worried because we booked with Park Ave Studios a while ago (before I started using LI Weddings) and today I did a search on them to see what people thought of them, but there aren't too many reviews on them at all and a couple that were bad!! They were way over our budget for photography and now I'm worried that we made the wrong choice.

ahhhh, I'm always second guessing our choices Has anyone had any experiences with Park Ave Studios??

I hate to tell you this but my good friend used them and she wasn't happy with the pics. I saw them -- I thought they were ok but not very creative.

I secon guessed my photog and ended up canceling the contract and losing my $800 deposit but now I am sooooo happy with my photog and can't wait for him to shoot my weddings.

I say go with your gut, if you are already worried that might be a sign and photography is one thing you don't want to take a chance on, they are your memories

I just checked my contract and if I back out, I lose $1300!!! That's a lot of money to lose....i might just have to stick with it and hope that more people have had good experiences

i'n sorry that you are second guessing yourself...thats so stressful.

IMO maybe you could look at different photographers websites and people reviews here on LIW and give them a must take list so that you are giving them some creativity.

I'm sure if you let your bridal party in on the prob they can speak up and help you out. just let them have an extra eye on you making sure its all perfect.

TheFutureMrsM, got your FM...thanks for sharing your friends experience. I've heard this from a couple of people. Do you by any chance know who the photographer is? I think the owner is our photojournalist...maybe that'll make a difference?
