Parties Alive- Mini Review

We went to a Bridal showcase and saw Rich and the crew of Parties Alive. I walked out of the showcase looked at my now husband and said 'I want them. I don't want to look at anyone else. I want them. Specifically I want Rich.' Went made an appointment with them the next day. When meeting Rich for the first time he doesn't seem like someone who is outgoing enough to be an MC but we were happy with the package and already saw some of their stuff so we made the deposit. We went back for our final meeting with him right before the wedding. I gave him a list of totally random songs, mostly '80's stuff, and he looked it over and simply said 'so you want a really good mix?' Of course we were like yea! He then writes down on our sheet 'a really good mix.' So now we walk out of there a little worried since he didn't really say what was included in that. The day of the wedding we were totally impressed! The 'mix' he had was unlike anything we had ever heard before. All the songs flowed right into one another even tho they were from completely different genres. After going to 7 weddings after ours and hearing other Dj's, I can honestly say they were the best! Even my father in law, a musician himself and a man that 'doesn't believe in Dj's at weddings. Only Bands!', was shocked with how good the music was especially with the percussist going along with the bet. Even a bridaesmaid of mine booked almost on the spot at the end of my wedding! We were so happy with our decision.
