Party bus

Party bus

I have a good amount of family who lives in NYC. My mom is thinking of hiring a party bus that will pick them up from a location in NYC, drive them out to my reception in Suffolk, and then drive them back to the NYC location when the reception is over.

Has anyone done this? How did it work out? Sounds like it could get complicated. Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

We did this with coach buses. It wasn't very complicated. We got the word out with our STDs (via our website) and had people call or e-mail us to reserve a spot. We told everyone to meet at ILs house (since the majority of the bus riders were the ILs from Ireland/England) and told them they would be dropped off there again at the end of the night. It worked out just fine.
