Party Bus Costs

Well theres also 2 types of party buses, about 35-40 passenger and the 40-60 passenger

but average is about $1800-2000 for 3 hours, or even $1500-1800 for 3 hours

For Three Hours ????? That is crazy that isnt even a quarter of a wedding Day

how long do you need it for? i'm using mine for just pick up and drop off and its 750 for a 30 person

I was thinking Pick up at 6:30 -7:00 then thake us out from 1:30 - 4:30 am

Yeah but the limo's arent with you for most of the day. The party bus first showed up at dh's house at 1:30pm, the guy got there early but it wasnt on the clock since we said 1:30, he just came early on his own. Then they dropped us off at JT around 6:45. And we had a very big gap in between so most people have it for even less time. We didnt take pics at RH so after ceremony we went to 2 locations not anywhere near our rh so thats why we had it for longer so about 5 hours we had it.

6:30am to pick you up? and then until 4:30am, how come you need it at that time?

are you talking about after reception? if so then most people dont have the limo's they rented after the reception. They drop you off at the Rh when it starts and leaves bc honestly you are just going to pay for it to sit there for hours. ALL limo prices go by 3 hours and every hour after that is charged by the hour. Our limo company just sent a limo at the end of the night to pick us up and it was complimentary

I will say that any limo you have for that many hours will get pricey. Even limo's that were $900, it was only for 3 hours and every hour after it was $125-150 per hour after that.

Well like i said, you dont have to keep the limo until after the reception to take you home. Most limo companies send a complimentary limo at the end of the night to pick you up, so you don't have to keep it there waiting for you until after reception. Ours dropped us off at the RH and then left. At 2am the limo company sent their complimentary limo to pick us up and take us to the hotel. It was some white limo forgot what kind. So you dont have to pay extra for this. WHen you book a limo company, make sure to ask if you get a complimentary one at the end of the night, most should.

Yeah once you speak with them you will have a better idea of how it works. They will even tell you not to keep the limo there during your reception. When I first went I also didnt know at the end of the night that we get a free limo pick up. So at first I did ask about also getting a limo at end of the night and they said dont worry its thrown in for free. They will tell you how to work out the hours and what would be best for you.

Do you mind telling me who you are using?

It depends on how many hours and the size of the bus- I was just quoted $1100 for pickup/drop off from the hotel to RH and back and $2450 for 5 hours with pick up from the reception hall at the end of the night- These quotes were for a 40 passenger limobus.

Also the time of day and date may influence the price.

cruise control limo. that price was for a bus and a small stretch but keep in mind i am only doing a DROP OFF..not 3 hours. they pick us all up at the house and bring us to the RH and thats it. we are getting married at the RH. also its winter so they have been giving us better deals

if its just for the guests why not look into those econoline type vans that are just for transport. probably way cheaper and serves the purpose

Well our party Guests /Friends - We are not doing a bridal Party so wanted to do something else to make it fun - And for Us to go out on it as well afterward -

check out david brothers (google this: David Bros)

we are have them take people to the RH from hotel and bring them back to hotel after but not stay the whole time--just two pick/drops and its $1200 for 54 passengers. cheaper if you need less
