My company said they cannot provide alcoholic drinks on the bus we have to provide our own which is fine.
For those who had to do the same thing. How much did you bring on board? also how many people did you have and how long were you in it for. Thanks

We had the bus driver stop at a gas station because DH forgot to bring the beer. We picked up a case of beer for 15 people. It was a half hour drive to the pics location and then about 20 min to the hall.

that's a new nys law... all limos, etc. cannot provide alcohol (only champagne) in the vehicles!
we didn't have a party bus but apparently the boys had 2 cases of beer for the approx. 45 minutes they were in the limo there were 6 of them

we were on it for about an hour... from the Church to the RH...
the only thing they provided us was Champagne.
we stopped at the distributor around the corner from the church and got 2 30 packs of BL and 2 12 packs of Heiney Lights
there were 26 or 27 of us...
Not everyone drank beer...

We had champagne and a small cooler- maybe 2 cases of beer? There were about 30 of us on the bus (including 2 kids and my parents/ILs weren't really drinking) and we were on it for about 20-30 minutes. But honestly, a lot of people were drinking water or 5-hour energy! We had the personalized water bottles and 2 cases of 5-hour energy! HTH!

really? our limobus is providing beer, champagne, soda, and water.
I think it depends how far the drive is. Maybe buy a case of beer. Our drive is short so we dont need too much.

Do you think 2 cases of beer and 2 bottles of wine (not including champagne) is good from the church to the RH it's about a 20 minute drive and there are 26 people although I know not everyone will be drinking.
I should add... there is about an hour drive from ht epick up location to the church, I don't really want everyone drinking up a storm before teh ceremony think I should only put 1 case and 2 bottles of wine in the bus until after the church? Then take the other one out after?

I think it really depends on how many people you have and if they are or aren't drinkers. we have about 24 people on our bus and plan on having maybe two 12 packs. only because we don't want our BP drunk when we do our entrance.

ours was too until i went to make the final payment and she siad they weren't allowed to anymore. we still had champagne, water, and soda but nothing else
