I am guestimating 35 guests at the hotel- since stupid LaQuinta wont tell me who is staying there
Would it be less expensive to get 2 shuttles or a party bus? We are using the hotel shuttle as well.

I am curious why they won't tell you who is staying there??? did you block rooms??

Yea I have a room block & they will tell me the number of rooms booked but not the individual people- and thats really what I need to figure out the number for the shuttles

I am surprised they won't tell you. I blocked rooms with LaQuinta and they had no problem telling me who booked there. Maybe you should ask to speak to the manager. We used a small coach bus to shuttle our guests back and forth. I dont think you need a 'party bus.' Those are the ones that have the couches and bars in them. I wouldn't spend the extra money on it.
