Hi ladies! I know this topic always comes up, but I don't live in NY anymore so I don't always get a chance to be in NYC. Does anyone know if stret vendors only sell pashminas when it's cold outside? And can anyone tell me where a good vendor is located in case I get a chance to run up there? TIA!!

I noticed them for sale last week & it was like 70 degrees so I think they sell them all year.

Tons on the corners on Ave of Americas. I work in Rock Center and I see tons of them on 6th around 45-50th.
